Scrum – a behavior frame that eases team collaboration which is heuristic. Scrum is based on continuous learning and adaptation to changing factors. The main premise of this procedure is that at the beginning of a project the team does not know everything, and as a result, as experience is gained during the project, it will evolve. Scrum is structured to make it easy for teams to adapt naturally to changing conditions and user requirements, with modification of priorities and short release cycles so that the team can continuously improve. Scrum consists of three main artifacts, which include the product backlog (the basic list of work to be done maintained by the product owner or manager), the sprint backlog (the list of items or bug fixes selected by the development team for implementation in each sprint cycle) and the increment (or sprint goal, the usable final product of the sprint).
