FAQ

FAQ (stands for: Frequently Asked Question) – a space directly related to customer service. This component of an e-commerce site helps to minimize misunderstandings between the customer and the store and support the consumer’s shopping experience. A properly written FAQ also positively impacts SEO, so the content should be unique and include key phrases. A well-developed FAQ reduces the number of phone and email contacts, which allows the store’s staff to better manage their time, reducing the risk that a customer will get distracted and not make a purchase due to questions that arise during the shopping process. This means that the FAQ can affect the increase in sales – not only because it dispels customer doubts, but also contributes to building trust and credibility of the store.
