I used to cooperate with Grzegorz in the field of support in implementing an online store for my e-maxpro company. So far, I have been selling mainly using Allegro. Online store implementation for mattress brand matbox
We implemented an online store for my mattress brand Matbox Mattresses with Grzegorz. Until now, the default distribution channels were the direct channel, i.e. stationary sales and sales on Allegro. With the increase in commission and the changing policy of the portal, I decided to implement an online store. The implementation began with joint workshops during which we determined what my real business needs are. Then we chose e-commerce systems that served as the basis for implementation. The store was based on the SaaS eCommerce environment. The baselinker system was used to connect additional sales channels, integrate and automate sales.
The implementation of the online store was an individual project. The graphic design of the store has been designed from scratch. In the first phase, we started working on a mock-up project. Then we started the layout and programming implementation of views. Grzegorz was responsible for the coordination of the entire project, i.e. supervision over the implementation and project work of specialists. The store currently has an individual skin and a number of improvements (improved display of filters and variants on the product card). The store has been adapted to the mobile version.
