CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

CRO (stands for: Conversion Rate Optimization) – a set of actions aimed at increasing the conversion rate. This does not necessarily mean them placing an order but taking a specific action we expect them to take, such as filling out a survey, downloading an ebook, subscribing, signing up for a newsletter. For this purpose, one-page websites are often used, i.e., websites that do not have any subpages. It is important that they are legible and include the CTA. CRO optimization efforts may include research and analysis of customer behavior, optimization of existing content, testing (e.g., the effectiveness of the text posted on the CTA), measurement and regular monitoring.
