Newsletter

Newsletter – literally translated, it is a “news letter.” It is a form of electronic newsletter/email messages sent regularly by a company to a specific group of recipients. A newsletter usually informs about news, offers, promotional campaigns or upcoming changes. An effective newsletter should have a well-structured, aesthetically pleasing and clear template, should be sent regularly (once a week or a month, preferably on the same day, at a fixed time), and should be attractive to the recipient – enriched with valuable content, graphics, premium content (discounts, e-books, information on promotions and sales), to which only those subscribed to the newsletter have access. The purpose of the newsletter is to build and enhance the brand image, build ties with the audience, and improve communication with customers. Signing up for the newsletter requires filling out a form and providing an email address to which content is to be sent. The target audience is therefore people who have already become customers, so we can make sure they stay with the brand for a longer period, or they are people who are in some way interested in maintaining contact with the brand – so we can attract new customers.
