Cross-Selling

Cross-selling – a strategy that involves selling extra products or services to customers who have already made a purchase. It is a complementary method, the principle of which is that at the time of offering additional products, the customer has already purchased the goods he is interested in, but the purchase transaction has not yet ended. This method is based on encouraging the purchase of products/services related or complementary to the goods the user has already purchased. It does not involve more risk because the customer has made a purchase but increases the chance of boosting sales in a single transaction.
